She is the current President of Corficolombiana, an entity with significant exposure to the energy sector through its investments and active participation in infrastructure and energy businesses. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles in the hydrocarbons industry, serving as Chief Financial Officer of both Ecopetrol, Colombia's leading oil and gas company, and Cenit Transporte y Logística de Hidrocarburos, a subsidiary specialized in hydrocarbon transportation and logistics across the country.
She has served as a member of the Boards of Directors of Promigas, ISA, Gases del Norte Perú SAC, and Gas Natural de Lima y Callao in Peru, among others.
Training and professional practice
Economist from Harvard University with an MBA from Columbia Business School. She served as CFO of Ecopetrol and Cenit, and as Director of Public Credit and National Treasury at the Ministry of Finance. She has extensive experience on boards of directors in the financial, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
