
- Under the leadership of the Board of Directors and with the commitment of all its shareholders, a Comprehensive Corporate Sustainability Governance System was adopted, whose purpose is to direct and promote the Sustainability Strategy throughout the Business Group, developing tools to monitor the goals set in the Corporate Strategic Plan and identify the risks and opportunities in the face of the challenges faced by the different businesses.
- A process of diagnosis and review of the best international practices recommended by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TFCD), among others, was carried out, which were incorporated into the Regulations of the Board of Directors and its support Committees to include in their competencies specific functions related to the definition, verification and monitoring of compliance with ESG objectives.
