Professional in Finance and International Relations, with more than 20 years of experience in HR management roles on the national level, as well as in several countries of the Latam region, while serving as a professor and international lecturer.
She began her professional career in the areas of Organizational Development and Transformation at the World Bank Resident Mission. She then joined the best consulting firms in leveraging employee lifecycle processes, from which she supported companies from multiple sectors, primarily including pharmaceuticals, financial institutions, insurance, consumer, oil and industrial services.
She is currently the Director of Talent Management at Grupo Energía Bogotá (GEB), from which she is fulfilling her passion for supporting individuals and organizations in their individual development, facilitating processes of change, culture development and business strategy.
