For the companies within the Grupo Energía Bogotá, ethical behavior standards constitute a fundamental element in creating value in the actions of its collaborators and in how it builds trust among the various Stakeholder Groups with which it interacts. This section presents internal policies and control mechanisms that contribute to strengthening the internal control system, ethical culture, and transparency.


GEB has an annual training plan aimed at reinforcing ethical culture through training on the fundamental aspects of our norms and policies within the Ethics and Compliance Program.


As part of the annual training plan, employees must take a course on the Ethics and Compliance Program, which addresses the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. Likewise, workshops and webinars on discrimination and workplace and sexual harassment are held for all employees. Additionally, all new employees must take a course on Workplace and Sexual Harassment as part of their induction training.
