The General Meeting of Shareholders is GEB's highest corporate body and is comprised of all shareholders registered in the shareholder registry.

 

It is responsible for GEB's most important decisions, such as bylaw amendments, appointments and removals of the members of the Board of Directors, and authorizations of the company's transformation and mergers, among others.
